Total Delivery Time = Making Time + Shipping Time

Your order is carefully handmade with attention to detail, and the total delivery time includes both the time required to create your custom piece and the shipping time to get it to you.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us. Below are the conditions for returns and exchanges:

Return Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Restocking Fee: As each ring is handmade and made to order, a 25% handcrafted fee will be deducted from your refund upon return.
Refund Process: The remaining refund will be issued within 4 business days after the returned item is received.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following (unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival):

Orders returned after the 15-day return window.
Rings with custom engravings.
Rings with sizes smaller than US 2.5 or larger than US 10.5.
Worn, damaged, altered, or used items.
Ready-to-ship items.
